Near Arzachena, Sassari province, in the amazing environment, there is a nuragic archaeological site. Coddu Vecchio’s tomb giants known with the name of “Capichera”.
Throughout Sardinia is rich of Dolmen and ( collective graves) but this is the most important because that tomb, was made in three phases by touching the age of bronze and the nuragic age.
Today, this territory is an expanse of vineyards where the sight gets lost because of their vastness, they fill the territory with greenery and scent during the ripening of the grapes.
The funerary corridor, rectangular, is covered by impressive slabs of stone, in its cavity, called “esedra”, it is considered today the largest in Sardinia.
Next to this sight, there are two “Nuraghi” typical and ancient sardinian architecture.
